**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Recruter des gens professionnels et qualifiés et transmettre les renseignements importants au Service de la paie avant l'embauche.
- Former les employés selon des programmes de développement de manière à répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer des évaluations de rendement mensuelles.
- Établir des objectifs de vente hebdomadaires pour le magasin et les employés.
- Faire part des besoins de réapprovisionnement des stocks au gérant de district, de même qu'aux Services des achats et de la distribution.
- S'assurer que tous les articles ont la bonne étiquette et sont bien présentés, et assigner un responsable de section pour chaque section du magasin.
- S'assurer du respect des politiques et des procédures de la prévention des pertes et de la sécurité. Ex. cartes de crédit et de débit, achats employés, rabais, dépôts, échanges et remboursements.
- Gérer les systèmes administratifs et les procédures de manière efficace et conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise.
- Utiliser les systèmes et suivre les procédures de gestion des stocks.
- S'assurer que la gestion du magasin respecte les budgets préétablis (ex. salaires, stocks, dépenses, etc.)
- S'assurer que l'arrière-boutique est propre et en ordre, que les rappels de marchandise sont bien effectués et que les articles endommagés et dépareillés sont traités conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise.
- S'assurer que tous les employés appliquent des techniques de vente professionnelles conformes aux politiques de l'entreprise afin de maximiser les ventes et d'atteindre un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Promouvoir un service à la clientèle complet et amical et en faire l'élément principal de chaque
**QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES REQUISES**
- Expérience de travail dans un domaine connexe : deux ans d'expérience dans la vente (au détail ou dans le secteur des services)
- Expérience de travail générale ou éducation équivalente : diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- Autres qualifications : excellent leadership, capacité à créer une ambiance de travail propice au développement d'un esprit d'équipe sain, capacité à motiver les employés pour atteindre les objectifs de vente, excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, axé sur le service, souci de la mode, capacité à travailler selon les heures d'ouverture du magasin et faire preuve d'initiative
- Capacité à servir les clients en français, bilinguisme un atout

**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
Manage all activities necessary to the efficient operation of the store, more particularly, to provide prompt and courteous service to customers in order to maximize sales and customer service, so as to promote the company's image of quality and professionalism.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Recruit qualified professional people and communicate all pertinent information to Payroll department before actually hiring.
- Train the personnel through development programs in order to answer the immediate and future needs of the company.
- Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews.
- Establish weekly sales objectives for store and personnel.
- Communicate stock replenishment needs to District Manager, as well as Distribution and Buying departments.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly ticketed and attractively displayed and appoint people responsible for each section of the store.
- Is responsible for adherence to all loss prevention and security policies, as well as credit policies and procedures, i.e. credit and debit cards, employee purchases, discounts, deposits, returns and exchanges.
- Manage administrative systems and procedures efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Utilize the systems and procedures for inventory control.
- Ensure store operates within its predetermined budget (i.e. salary, inventory, expenses, etc.).
- Ensure stockroom is neat and well organized, Recalls are properly executed and controls damages and mixes according to company policies.
- Ensure that all personnel practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of the company, in order to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction.
