Larlyn Property Management is recruiting for a part time maintenance located in Edson-Alberta to act as the part time maintenance of the management company, The part time maintenance will be responsible for

  • Responsible for snow removal and lawn cutting
  • Having the skills and knowledge to carry out basic maintenance tasks
  • Clean‐up and trash maintenance of outside grounds
  • Maintenance in common areas and in suites as required
  • Reports any safety issues or property concerns to the Property Manager
  • Outside maintenance work like around any home
  • Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, local and provincial and federal laws
  • Participates in the on‐call rotation
  • Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently while problem solving
  • Ability to work with others
  • 3 5 years experience
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
