Part-time Maintanance

Salary:
Larlyn Property Management is recruiting for a part time maintenance located in Edson-Alberta to act as the part time maintenance of the management company, The part time maintenance will be responsible for
- Responsible for snow removal and lawn cutting
- Having the skills and knowledge to carry out basic maintenance tasks
- Clean‐up and trash maintenance of outside grounds
- Maintenance in common areas and in suites as required
- Reports any safety issues or property concerns to the Property Manager
- Outside maintenance work like around any home
- Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, local and provincial and federal laws
- Participates in the on‐call rotation
- Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently while problem solving
- Ability to work with others
- 3 -5 years experience
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
