As well as operating a business-to-business enterprise, offering toll processing and contract manufacturing serviced to Licensed Producers (LP's) and 3rd Party Brands.

Position Overview:

  • Coordinate communication between white label brands and retailers for ongoing programs
  • Collect and summarize retailer data. Provide reports to the Key Account Manager and Director, Key Accounts, Sales & Trade Marketing
  • Coordinate trade asset approval among internal brand team, external brand partners, and the retailer to support any programming or ongoing sales initiatives
  • Manage and update internal key account documents as needed (i.e., Budget Trackers, SharePoint folders etc.)
  • Send/communicate the digital asset folder to individual store locations within key accounts
  • Respond to general key account questions and customer services (escalating if required)
  • Coordinate/ book PK sessions between the brand team and product leader where applicable
  • Compile "Hunt lists" for our social outreach program
  • Scrub government board websites weekly for new locations opening
  • Act as the bridge in communication between the sales and marketing teams
- completing program brief documents, consolidating sales team feedback for weekly meetings, and coordinating completion of weekly newsletters

  • Invoice reconciliation and tracking for any ongoing initiatives
  • Participate in monthly programs reviews with the Key Account Manager and communicate/coordinate action items with internal team; and
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or College diploma
  • Min 2 years customer service experience
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience within Cannabis industry is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Positive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Strong time management skills including ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Shows initiative and ownership of work and willingness to learn
