Job Description:

Xerox is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all their needs
- Understand the clients' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and resolve them promptly
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
