Your role:

  • Lead our team with your knowledge and experience in our three hoist shop
  • Be selfmotivated and resultsoriented that works well independently or with a partner
  • Ensure objectives and goals are met and monitor operations to define areas needed for improvement and efficiency

What a typical day looks like:

  • Recondition Sales inventory
  • Perform diagnostics and inspections (retail & CVSE)
  • Perform general maintenance, repairs and tires
  • Provide detailed notes within AllData for inspections and work order
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines

What we are looking for:

  • The ability to produce in a deadline driven environment
  • Authorized Inspector designation is a must
  • Safety consciousness is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative & problem solve in timesensitive situations
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Accountability, honest communication, positive outlook, and strong work ethics
