In this role, you will encourage the project team to focus on what our client values/wants, and will ensure that the team is empowered and set up to deliver that value.

Working with the client

The client should feel you are there to take care of them as they build their digital product The client is clear on scope and what will be designed/built/tested The client is reassured that the team on the ground is working on what they need to You are able to help the client through any issues that will come up as they try to get the engagement completed

The team understands how what they are working on will actually help our client You understand each team members skills and capabilities, and have a pulse on how they are doing You keep the team focused on the right things and managing dependencies to keep things running smoothly

What

you bring to the table

We value experience showing that you work well with people, more than traditional project management backgrounds.

Have a proven ability to deliver digital products EQ minded - Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client partners and internal team Detail-oriented - Ability to identify risks, gaps and opportunities and take the necessary steps to address them Can contribute to putting the right people in the right seats by understanding people's capabilities, limitations, and what opportunities would be good for them

Coming from a background in product design or development helps - because we create software, it helps if you've been on the ground yourself in any or many of these backgrounds.

Experience in project management or product management Experience in design, development, data / analytics, or any other part of digital product delivery Experience running a team Experience consulting Entrepreneur, experience running a business and people
