Reporting to the EVP, the Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to create and execute marketing plans that drive sales and increase brand and category awareness for the company.


Key components of this position include coordinating the execution of all marketing projects, scheduling brand photoshoots, performing analysis and competitor insights, compiling report metrics for all marketing functions, developing integrated campaigns, and improving marketing results.

The Marketing Manager will be involved with the day-to-day marketing activities and help to execute the long-term marketing strategy for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daytoday execution of all marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Help develop the overall marketing strategy, and work within that strategy according to analytical findings.
  • Responsible for helping to plan, develop, and implement of all the brand's marketing strategies, and marketing communication, both internal and external and measuring overall success
  • Work with team members and coordinate with other departments in the company to achieve marketing goals and successfully execute marketing initiatives.
  • Produce marketing reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets and expenses by monitoring each campaign and initiative against proposed budget.
  • Ensure campaigns and other marketing initiatives meet marketing objectives by analyzing results and reporting on findings.
  • Conduct general market research to keep up to date on trends and competitor's marketing movements.
  • Ensure critical timelines are met and teams are kept updated and informed; respond to internal demands for marketing material and information.
  • Coordinate and plan brand photoshoots with both internal and external team members, including selecting dates, location, talent, etc.
  • Create and manage digital advertisements, including the development and execution of Google and Meta ads
  • Various administrative duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar program
  • 3+ years of relevant CPG work experience
  • Experience in graphic design
  • Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Google
  • Experience with managing digital media; knowledgeable with digital marketing principles and techniques including AdWords, SEO, organic search and all aspects of social media.
  • Comfortable with data, metrics, and analytics; proven ability to examine and interpret data into actionable insights.
  • An energetic, positive attitude with strong work ethic and professional maturity
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects with multiple deadlines and a high degree of organization and time management skills is essential, strong drive for accuracy and flawless execution.
  • Ability to be proactive and anticipate job requirements; takes ownership of tasks and consistent follow through.
  • Assists in ensuring that media plans and budgets are maintained.
  • Keeps track of business and industry competitive trends and offerings and keeps team informed.
