QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or relevant clinical field
- Experience in HIS project implementation and support
- Ability to work in multifunctional teams
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to complete and deliver work assignments on time
- Effective communication skills
- Skills in business process reengineering and process flow
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes and reviews enhancement requests for compatibility, adherence to operating guidelines and performs integration testing
- Supports Digital Solutions and hospital project initiatives; provides configuration changes, system testing, and prepares documentation of change specifications and participates in golive support
- Reviews and discusses business problems with end users as requested, developing flow charts, SBARs, and functional specifications to translate business requirements into technical requirements
