Responsibilities

  • You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' business needs, ensuring robust functionality and seamless integration.
  • We expect you to collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and develop comprehensive technical specifications.
  • You shall configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, lists, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, and notifications to optimize performance and user experience.
  • You will provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development, deployment, and maintenance to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • We expect you to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or defects within the ServiceNow platform promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • You shall conduct training sessions and create detailed documentation for endusers and administrators to facilitate effective use of ServiceNow applications.
  • You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our service offerings.
  • We expect you to participate in client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities and how they can address specific business challenges.
Requirements

  • You must have a strong command of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources (HRSD).
  • We require you to demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, utilizing best practices for coding and scripting.
  • You should possess handson experience with integrating ServiceNow using APIs and other integration tools, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
  • The ability to design and implement complex workflows and automated processes within the ServiceNow environment is essential for this role.
  • You must be capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions by effectively communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining ServiceNow update sets for efficient system enhancements will be expected from you.
  • We look for someone who can perform system administration tasks, such as managing user accounts, roles, and permissions, to ensure secure and optimal operations.
  • Your skills in creating detailed documentation, including technical designs, test plans, and user guides, are crucial to support ongoing development and training efforts.
