Position Overview:
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of AIR MILES' managed endpoint devices and mobile device management platforms.

Work to support computing infrastructure and enterprise applications that provide services to our Corporate, Call Centre and Development teams as well as external clients.

Ensure that all managed endpoint devices adhere to existing compliance and security standards which include regular Operating System and third-party application patching.

Advocate for continuous improvement to the Associate endpoint experience.

Provide recommendations and justification for the purchase of new hardware, modifications to existing hardware or underlying Operating System settings that will better improve the overall performance and reliability of our endpoints.


Responsibilities:

  • Day to day operational support of our mobile device management platforms. Create and manage new and existing configuration profiles and compliance policies. Build new software packages, manage, and monitor mass software deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments of profiles, policies, and software to Associate endpoint devices.
  • Ongoing development of AIR MILES' endpoint vulnerability management strategy. Perform monthly patching of endpoint Operating Systems and 3rd party software. Adhere to Patch Management standard and timelines.
  • Provide 2nd level escalation support for endpoint management related incidents as needed, coordinate remediation if necessary. Conducts postincident reviews related to root cause and recommends actions for improvement.
  • Participate in the change management process to ensure changes are understood and planned appropriately.
  • Provide 2nd level Infrastructure support in a junior capacity. Work closely with System Administrator II and Senior Consultants in maintaining infrastructure systems and business application servers.
  • Provide technical advice and direction in area of specialty
  • Research industry best practices and recommend ongoing improvements and advancements to our existing endpoint management platforms
  • Create technical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of directly related work experience in Endpoint Administration Experience supporting a mixed endpoint environment such as Windows 10, iOS, macOS Catalina and above
  • 2+ years' experience with various endpoint management solutions (e.g SCCM, Intune, JAMF)
  • 2+ years' experience with one or more scripting tools (ex: Batch, PowerShell)
  • 2+ years Windows server experience at an intermediate level
  • 2+ years Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops experience at an intermediate level
  • 2+ years of Active Directory experience at an intermediate level
  • 2+ years' experience managing Office 365 and Azure AD
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent report and documentation writing skills
  • Good presentation skills (510 people)
