Bond requires a capable, motivated Systems Administrator to support all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of our Bond corporate systems.

A typical day in this role might include:

  • Support the corporate infrastructure and connectivity requirements
  • Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Microsoft Intune and Jamf administration
  • Active Directory administration
  • Ivanti Service Management and Ivanti Neurons administration, workflow configuration, and support
  • Support the implementation and integration of new technologies
  • Assist with the creation and management of the desktop imaging process
  • Support new office setup requirements
  • Meeting room and boardroom new technology requirements and implementation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

As Systems Administrator you have:

  • Advanced handson experience managing Microsoft 36
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Jamf for deploying software, updates, and secure configurations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance
  • Handson system and communication planning, design and implementation of Microsoft technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Remote Access, Mac OSX, printers, AV equipment
  • Working knowledge of automation (i.e. PowerShell, VBScript)
  • Working knowledge in creating and maintaining corporate desktop deployment images
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint workflows, and Microsoft Teams
  • Working knowledge of Asset Management administrative framework and reporting
  • Experience being a part of afterhours call rotation
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS O365 Suite
