Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, roofs, siding, and other exterior surfaces.
  • Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Climb ladders and work at heights as needed to clean roofs and other elevated surfaces.
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, ensuring timely arrival and professional conduct.
  • Assess job sites and identify the best approach for cleaning and completing tasks effectively.
  • Maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and stored properly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment.
  • Previous experience in pressure washing or a similar field is a plus but not required.
