Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, roofs, siding, and other exterior surfaces.
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Climb ladders and work at heights as needed to clean roofs and other elevated surfaces.
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, ensuring timely arrival and professional conduct.
- Assess job sites and identify the best approach for cleaning and completing tasks effectively.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and stored properly.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and provide excellent service.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment.
- Previous experience in pressure washing or a similar field is a plus but not required.
