Overlanders Manufacturing is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team.


The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their product requirements, and providing appropriate solutions.

Inside Sales Representatives work closely with other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
Collaborate with the General Manager to provide support in generating leads and preparing sales presentations. Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to meet revenue targets.

Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete, including purchase orders, quotes, sales contracts, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Quoting and Pricing:
Provide customers with accurate price quotes based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines. Negotiate pricing and terms as necessary, while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the sheet metal manufacturing processes, materials, and capabilities of Overlanders equipment.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition of your company's products to customers.


Customer Support:
Address any post-sales issues, such as product inquiries, order changes, or returns. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints or concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:
Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, customer service, and overall efficiency. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for business growth.

Open Order Review:
Regularly review and monitor open orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. This involves examining the status of each order, tracking progress, and identifying any potential issues or delays.

Employment Requirements:

  • Shift: Monday
  • Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Starting wage: Dependent on skills and experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
