What You Will Do:

  • Working closely to support your Business Development Representative in the design phase of the build process if needed
  • Listening to and understanding client needs, offering solutions and support tools when necessary
  • Entering project details and data into our CRM
  • Presenting and delivering information and support received through the telephone and information line
  • Answering potential client questions and followup call questions as project progresses
  • Working closely with the client and Business Development Team when closing projects through the purchasing process
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Inside Sales experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM/Construction Lead Platform experience is preferred.
  • An interest in or knowledge of the building envelope and architectural channels
