Proven experince in the following

  • Managing the daytoday operations and profitability of the New and Pre-Owned sales departments
  • Overseeing sales performance, customer commitment, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity/& effectiveness of all team members of the new and preowned sales team.
  • Forecasting and reporting on monthly and annual goals/objectives for sales, gross profits, and key dept expenses
  • Attracting, hiring, training and retaining top talent to achieve department objectives
  • Coordinating and collaborating effectively with all other departments to achieve dealershipwide goals
  • Monitoring, highlighting and refine areas for improvement, and recognizing performance excellence
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulations impacting customer experience and manufacturer programs
  • Experience and proficiency with dealership management software, (PBS, Microsoft Excel, and Dealer Connect all assets. )
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, coaching, communication and ability to closing retail sales

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
  • Active OMVIC and Ontario drivers licence a must
