Name and description of the hiring departement :

The Disability management group is responsible for managing Lon Term disability for most of Bell Canada's business units all over the country. We support them in the management of medical-administrative files and we assure a safe and lasting return to work.

Job Duties / Accountabilities :
  • Open Long Term Disability files
  • SAP reports
  • Answer the disability management phone line
  • Analyse administrative demands received by e-mail and respond.
  • Provide support to internal and external clients for all administrative functions related to workplace injury files
  • Any other related administrative tasks
  • Support the Disability consultants
Essential Qualifications / Competencies :
  • Good analytical skills and detailed oriented
  • Able to work under pressure with a high volume of files while respecting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both orally and in writing, as the candidate will have to interact with internal and external clients in a highly confidential environment
  • Ability to work in a team and in a multitasking environment
  • MS Excel intermediate level
  • MS Word intermediate level (documents dedicated to internal & external)
  • French and English (read, spoken, written), fluent in both languages with no significant limitation (validation test)
    • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada; and produce documents in French & English
  • Great discretion
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies :
  • Knowledge of SAP
Working Conditions :
  • Monday to Friday
  • Take note that there are restrictions regarding the number of persons authorized to take vacation at the same time
