JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential customers within the warehouse robotics, oil & gas, agricultural and electrical vehicle battery manufacturing market segments as well as other highly engineered custom product sectors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve bookings and sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay on top of industry trends, developments, and
opportunities.

  • Be a customer advocate to promote opportunities to strengthen company's position with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new
business opportunities.

  • Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote company visibility and brand awareness.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to peers, the company's ream and senior leadership.
  • Collaborates and partners with other internal functions to accomplish product design, production, delivery, and support of products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a focus on industrial rubber solutions and products.
  • Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements in one or more of the key target markets; warehouse robotics, oil & gas, agricultural and electrical vehicle battery manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated strong track record of successfully closing complex sales deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze data in excel and review, modify PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and customers.
