ACA est actuellement à la recherche d'une personne expérimentée et motivée pour occuper le poste d'entraîneur adjoint du groupe de ski cross NextGen.

Relevant de l'entraîneur-chef du groupe de ski cross NextGen, il appuie la mission d'ACA, qui consiste à accroître le nombre de podiums en aidant à l'exécution des stratégies de performance d'équipe axées sur le développement à court et à long terme de l'athlète et les normes de performance.

Les fonctions :

Assister l'entraîneur-chef dans la conception et l'exécution du programme. Assurer la gestion et l'entretien de l'équipement du groupe. Gérer la prise d'images vidéo et l'analyse vidéo. Assurer le suivi des données ayant trait aux parcours d'entraînement et de compétition et des pistes pour le ski libre. Gérer les données de chacun des athlètes sur la neige, y compris : les paramètres de parcours; le suivi et la surveillance par GPS; l'évaluation des compétitions et des entraînements.

Les conditions de travail :

Poste saisonnier à temps plein comportant des déplacements constants. Beaucoup de temps passé à l'extérieur dans des conditions hivernales. Il faut soulever des charges, marcher et skier. Beaucoup d'heures supplémentaires sont nécessaires pendant les périodes principales, à prendre en temps compensatoire lorsque le calendrier le permet.

Exigences relatives à l'emploi :

Détenir au moins la certification d'entraîneur de niveau développement Certifié d'ACA-ESC. Détenir au moins trois ans d'expérience à titre d'athlète ou d'entraîneur dans les disciplines de ski alpin sur le circuit de la Coupe du monde ou le circuit intercontinental. Détenir de l'expérience comme entraîneur de ski cross est un atout. Démontrer des connaissances en matière d'ajustement des bottes et de préparation des skis est un atout. Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est considéré comme un atout.

De plus, le candidat doit démontrer de l'entregent et un sens de la collaboration en détenant une expérience de travail dans des milieux de travail complexes où il y a beaucoup d'intervenants clés. Une compréhension de divers logiciels (p. ex., Office, Google Docs, Adobe, etc.) est également un atout.
