  • Identify automation opportunities for process optimization
  • Develop office automation solutions to enhance operations efficiency
  • Design and refine work tools for better data quality
  • Contribute to process improvement and modernization efforts
  • Implement quality control processes to manage risks
  • Collaborate with IT teams on solution integration

Your role also involves:

  • Managing collaborative tools for the tax slip environment
  • Advancing IT and operational practices
  • Enhancing digital skills of team members
  • Collecting and analyzing data for decision-making

As a pivotal player, you'll help roll out new IT solutions and ensure team adoption.

Your team: You'll be part of the U.S. tax operations sector, collaborating with ten colleagues and reporting to the Senior Manager.

The team is known for its dynamism and expertise. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing practices, processes, and data quality.

Prerequisites:

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field with related experience

Proficiency in office automation tools and collaboration platforms

Basic financial markets knowledge

Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail

Languages: French and English proficiency
