Analyste Infrastructure Senior

Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d'un Analyste Infrastructure Senior pour une entreprise dans le domaine manufacturier. Notre client est situé à Montréal.


Description des tâches et responsabilités – Analyste Infrastructure Senior

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :

Aider à la livraison du programme d'infrastructure, qui comprend un rafraîchissement de l'infrastructure, une optimisation du Datacenter et des stratégies de consolidation;
- Contribuer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de l'infrastructure de tout autre projet, initiative ou activité jugés prioritaires par le service informatique de l'entreprise ou les secteurs d'activité;
- Identifier les changements nécessaires dans l'infrastructure / la configuration technologique pour la virtualisation, le stockage et le Cloud ; identifier les limitations actuelles et projetées des systèmes pour atteindre les objectifs de l'organisation technologique;
- Évaluer l'impact des changements proposés à l'infrastructure sur les technologies existantes pour la virtualisation, le stockage et le Cloud et recommander la solution la plus appropriée;
- Analyser la capacité de l'infrastructure et fournir des prévisions à l'appui des plans budgétaires et faire des recommandations sur les moyens d'améliorer les performances et de réduire les coûts;
- Servir de point focal pour les demandes liées à l'infrastructure pour la virtualisation, le stockage et le Cloud;
- Concevoir un plan de test efficace pour toute technologie d'infrastructure nouvelle / modifiée et travailler avec les chefs de projet et leur homologue du groupe des opérations pour assurer sa mise en œuvre avant que le client ne prenne possession du système ;


Exigences du poste – Analyste Infrastructure Senior

Connaissance approfondie de l'architecture et des technologies d'infrastructure, telles que : VMWare, Infrastructure hyperconvergée (vSAN), Stockage (HPE, Dell/EMC), Solutions de sauvegarde (Commvault), Mise en réseau (Cisco), Environnements Windows et Linux OS, Centres de données, Environnements centralisés et distribués;
- La certification VCP est un atout;
- Français et anglais, écrits et parlés (un atout);
- Orientation vers les résultats;
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse;
- Solides compétences en documentation technique;
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale;
- Compétences avérées en matière de gestion du changement;
- Bonne capacité à créer des présentations pour la direction;
- Esprit d'équipe;
- Capable de gérer différentes priorités en parallèle et de respecter les délais;
- Niveau d'expérience : Senior (5+ ans).

Senior infrastructure analyst

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Senior infrastructure analyst for a company in the manufacturing sector. Our client is located in Montréal.


Job details – Senior infrastructure analyst

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Assist in the delivery of the Infrastructure Program, which includes an infrastructure refresh, Datacenter optimization and consolidation strategies;
- Contribute to the Infrastructure design and delivery of any other projects, initiatives, and activities that are identified as a priority for Corporate IT or the lines of business;
- Identify changes needed in the infrastructure / technology configuration for virtualization, storage and Cloud; identify current and projected system limitations to achieve the technology organization goals;
- Assess impact of proposed changes to the infrastructure on the existing technologies for virtualization, storage and Cloud and recommend the most appropriate solution;
- Analyze infrastructure capacity and provide forecasting in support of budget plans and make recommendations for ways to improve performance and reduce costs;
- Serve as the focal point for infrastructure related requests for virtualization, storage and Cloud;
- Design an effective test plan for any new / changed infrastructure technology and work with Project Managers and their counterpart in the Operations group to ensure its implementation before the client takes possession of the system.


Mandatory Skills – Senior infrastructure analyst

Deep knowledge of infrastructure architecture and technologies, such as: VMWare, Hyper-Converged infrastructure (vSAN), Storage (HPE, Dell/EMC), Backup Solutions (Commvault), Networking (Cisco), Windows and Linux OS Environments, Data Centers, Centralized and distributed environments;
- VCP certification is an asset;
- French and English, written and spoken;
- Results oriented;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong technical documentation skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven change management skills;
- Good in creating presentations for management;
- Team player;
- Capable of dealing with different priorities in parallel and meeting deadlines;
- Level of experience: Senior (5+ years).
