Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the Sales, Brand and Communications, and teams to build and scale the Growth Marketing function to drive revenue and digital awareness.
  • Design, plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns in line with company objectives in collaboration with an external agency.
  • Measure, evaluate, and iterate campaigns based on their performance.
  • Manage SEM, SEO and Paid Social; including budgeting, reporting, and handson platform management.
  • Set strategy for our paid marketing initiatives to achieve our revenue and traction goals working closely with the sales department.
  • Forecast, analyze, measure, and report on the impact of growth marketing activities on sales and other conversion metrics.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience growing revenue via performance marketing within a fastgrowing B2B technology company.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing including performance marketing strategy, digital design, campaigns and reporting.
  • Expertise in building a content calendar.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Highly driven, organized selfstarter with the ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset).
  • Experience with ESG reporting or sustainability (an asset).
