About the Role:

As our initial growth team member, you will have a pivotal role in shaping and executing our user acquisition strategy, enhancing our online presence, and boosting engagement across all digital platforms. Your data expertise, creativity, strategic vision, and hands-on approach will be fundamental in driving our marketing goals forward and contributing to our general achievements.

This constitutes a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, develop, and implement growth strategies through paid and organic channels to allure and retain users.
  • Design and conduct experiments to trial new user acquisition avenues, encompassing digital marketing, content, partnerships, and events.
  • Enhance conversion rates from the website to paid users, from the website to subscribers, and from subscribers to paid users.
  • Analyze data to monitor user acquisition and engagement, utilizing insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user onboarding and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience within a startup, preferably in health tech.
  • A solid track record of accomplishments in user acquisition: paid search, paid social, SEO, A/B testing, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on involvement in managing a $1M+ annual marketing budget.
  • Proficiency in website management tools and best practices.
  • Creative abilities in photography and videography are highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
