Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Head of Growth Marketing to lead our user acquisition, activation, and engagement strategies, fostering overall growth and market visibility. This crucial position necessitates a mix of strategic foresight, hands-on implementation, and strong analytical capability. Working closely with the company founders, you will guarantee alignment with our overarching vision and goals, backed by a diverse team. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced setting, embodying a proactive mindset to achieve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Hacking: Develop and execute innovative growth tactics, covering referral schemes, pricing mechanisms, and opt-in projects.
  • Funnel Optimization: Strategically design and refine consumer funnels, including creative materials and landing pages, while continually monitoring and enhancing performance.
  • Ecommerce Management: Supervise backend CMS management, collaborating with development and design teams to introduce new ventures such as landing pages and product launches.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Recognize and capitalize on optimization opportunities across the website and user journey, working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Email/SMS Marketing/CRM: Formulate and implement robust email marketing strategies, encompassing content creation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Performance Marketing: Partner with the performance marketing team to create and implement campaign strategies, oversee day-to-day operations, and steer overall campaign success.
  • Meta and Google Ads Management: Employ expertise in Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google Ads platforms to launch, control, and refine campaigns, maximizing ROI and user acquisition.
  • Data Analytics: Develop and interpret comprehensive dashboards, ensuring precise data analysis and collaborating with operations for capacity planning.
  • Growth Ops/Systems: Implement and refine tools and systems to facilitate scalable growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in growth marketing or related positions, with a significant focus on B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of handling marketing budgets exceeding $50K per month.
  • Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms, encompassing campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, growth-oriented outlook.
  • Capability to strategize at both macro and micro levels, effortlessly transitioning between high-level planning and tactical execution.
