A PROPOS DU RÔLE

Notre client, un acteur majeur dans le secteur financier, est à la recherche d'un Scrum Master Sénior pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique et expérimentée, dédiée à la prévention de la fraude. Ce rôle clé implique l'accompagnement quotidien des équipes, le soutien au Propriétaire de Produit, et la facilitation de l'amélioration continue dans le cadre de grands projets ambitieux.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS


• Accompagner et faciliter l'amélioration continue.


• Former des équipes efficaces et responsables qui prennent des décisions et livrent.


• Coordonner l'équipe dans la livraison des objectifs opérationnels et de projet.


• Assurer les livraisons en planifiant les activités et les déploiements.


• Gérer les risques et les obstacles à la livraison.


• Impliquer l'ensemble de l'organisation au besoin.


• Promouvoir la transparence et un environnement de travail sain.


• Faciliter la compréhension des valeurs et principes Agiles.


• Rendre visibles les gains associés à l'Agilité.

COMPETENCES RECHERCHÉES


• Rigueur dans la gestion du backlog et des cérémonies.


• Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en tant que Scrum Master dans un contexte de livraison de solutions numériques complexes.


• Expérience dans les méthodologies agiles (Agile, SAFe).


• Connaissance des outils Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence).


• Capacité à gérer plusieurs initiatives simultanément.


• Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et gestion des changements.


• Désir continu d'apprendre et d'évoluer.


• Compréhension des défis techniques liés au développement en Java (Spring Boot, APIs, microservices), AWS, DevOps et tests automatisés, ainsi que des différentes étapes de livraison (Architecture, Analyse, Développement, Tests, etc.).


• Bilinguisme anglais et français obligatoire.
