Customers first, Attitude, Respect, and Enjoy life in the processThe Grounds Guys of Toronto are currently looking for experienced, self-motivated seasonal team members to join our 2020/21 Snow Removal Services Teams.

Guaranteed bi-weekly pay
:

  • Must be reliable and available 24/7 from Nov. 14th
  • April 16th.
  • Must be ready and committed to work on short notice at all times day or night.
  • Must be physically fit and be able to lift or move 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work possibly 24 hrs during a storm.

Snow Removal Duties Include:

  • Clearing and Deicing of sidewalks, steps, loading docks, and emergency exits.
  • All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands' marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with The Grounds Guys franchise system within a specified geographical area. Only the independently owned and operated franchised business shall have any interaction with or authority for its business and make all employment related decisions related to its franchised business.
