Position Overview:

Straga Products seeks a talented and versatile E-commerce Digital Production and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who possesses a unique blend of graphic design prowess, e-commerce acumen, and exceptional customer service skills.

You will be instrumental in managing our digital content, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the order fulfillment process, including preparation, shipping, and tracking.
  • Design custom vector files to customer specifications for personalized products.
  • Manage customer interactions across various platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain and update product listings and optimize our presence on ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Analyze customer order data for insights and strategy adjustment.
  • Coordinate drop shipment processes and handle related inquiries.
  • Assist with general office duties and contribute to team efforts as needed.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, with rotational weekend coverage for customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Design, Art, or a related field; or 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in ecommerce or online retail is preferred, highlighting a familiarity with online marketplace dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), are essential for managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must; knowledge of Corel Draw is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

$19.00-$20.00 per hour
