Position Summary
- Opportunity to join Specialized Services department under Team Leader's guidance as Youth Substance Use Outreach Clinician.
- Responsibilities include community engagement and outreach services to at-risk youth.
- Providing assessment, interventions, and referrals to youth at risk of substance use and/or mental health problems.
- Working in different settings to establish contact with at-risk youth.
- Member of multidisciplinary team offering direct community-based early intervention and treatment planning.
- Guiding and educating substance users/mental health clients and families within Harm Reduction framework.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00

Qualifications
