Vous vous passionnez pour les dernières nouvelles et le journalisme d'initiative, et vous tenez à faire découvrir des enjeux qui comptent pour notre auditoire?
CBC Manitoba est à la recherche d'un ou d'une journaliste d'expérience dynamique à l'esprit créatif pour travailler en ligne afin d'apporter une contribution positive à notre salle des nouvelles et à notre travail.

Journaliste d'exception possédant le sens de l'initiative, vous devez être en mesure de comprendre un large éventail de sujets, et pouvoir bien fonctionner dans le milieu trépidant d'une salle des nouvelles multiplateforme. Vous savez comment rédiger, vérifier et mettre en forme des reportages numériques.

Vous avez le sens de l'innovation et la volonté d'essayer de nouveaux processus de travail et de nouvelles approches dans le traitement des sujets. Vous avez conscience du caractère diversifié et de l'évolution de la population du Manitoba, ainsi que de l'importance de prendre en compte toutes les communautés dans nos contenus. Vous comprenez bien l'éventail des points de vue présents dans la population, et croyez en l'importance de faire connaître ces perspectives.

À ce poste, vous vous assurez que l'ensemble des normes journalistiques de CBC/Radio-Canada sont respectées, que nos reportages sont justes, équilibrés, exacts, sérieux et pertinents, et qu'ils reflètent les communautés que nous servons.

Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein basé à Winnipeg.

**Vos responsabilités**
- Proposer des sujets originaux, effectuer des recherches, et rédiger et réaliser des reportages pour les auditoires de la plateforme numérique ;
- Utiliser le contenu des autres plateformes de CBC : rédiger et mettre en forme les sujets en choisissant des titres, des photos, des vidéos, du contenu audio et des illustrations qui interpellent, en fonction des données les plus récentes;
- Réagir rapidement aux nouvelles de dernière heure au fur et à mesure que les événements se produisent;
- Condenser de grandes quantités d'informations complexes en respectant d'importantes contraintes de temps;
- Nouer et entretenir des relations de travail avec un grand nombre de sources et de contacts afin d'approfondir nos relations avec les collectivités et de faire entendre toute une gamme de points de vue;
- Planifier et rédiger des articles pour les médias sociaux, et modérer les diffusions en continu.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience de travail avérée dans un environnement de nouvelles de dernière heure;
- Excellente compréhension de la diffusion de nouvelles en ligne, y compris du choix de médias sociaux, de vidéos, d'illustrations et de photos;
- Capacité de trouver et de proposer des sujets de reportages créatifs, et de réaliser ces reportages;
- Maîtrise de l'art du récit; liens étroits avec la diversité de Winnipeg et du Manitoba, et bonne connaissance des communautés autochtones;
- Volonté d'incarner et de promouvoir la diversité, l'inclusion et le respect au travail;
- Capacité de nouer des liens constructifs au sein d'une équipe, et volonté de travailler en valorisant la collaboration et la transparence;
- Aptitudes pour filmer et monter du contenu vidéo numérique - un atout supplémentaire;
- Solide sens de la nouvelle, souci du détail et capacité de travailler efficacement sous pression et de respecter des échéances serrées dans une salle des nouvelles;
- Excellentes aptitudes pour les communications et les relations interpersonnelles;
- Grand intérêt pour l'apprentissage de nouveaux outils et formes de journalisme, et pour l'innovation;
- Permis de conduire valide, et dossier de conduite répondant aux exigences mínimales de l'assureur de CBC/Radi
