We are seeking a Manager of Central Payments and Rebates, the Managed Services Accounting Administrator
.
As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our team as a Manager of Central Payments and Rebates, the Managed Services Accounting Administrator.
Position Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Central Payments and Rebates, the Managed Services Accounting Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the company's accounting and administrative functions.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Treasury and cash management
- Prepare monthly invoicing reconciliations
- Rebate program setup and maintenance
- Prepare and maintain working papers for periodend close
- Maintain, and adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Investigate and correct errors and discrepancies in account balances
- Providing information and support to the company's Chartered Professional Accountants to support year end accounting audit engagements
- Reporting and special projects where required
- Answer customer support queries related to Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
- Responsible for lightoffice administrative tasks
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Five years accounting experience in a similar environment
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting practices and standards
- High degree of abilities in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs
- Proficient with other software: Sage/QuickBooks and Salesforce.
- Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and commitment
