La Banque Nationale est actuellement à la recherche d'analystes dans le cadre du programme d'intégration de talents pour le secteur des Opérations Marchés Financiers.

Une carrière en tant qu'analyste support aux cambistes dans l'équipe des opérations marchés financiers, à la Banque Nationale, c'est agir à titre de spécialiste opérationnel en transactions OTC. C'est par tes connaissances des produits OTC, ta volonté à contribuer à la transformation du secteur, ta connaissance et ta passion des marchés financiers que tu as un impact positif sur la rentabilité et la croissance de la banque.

Ton emploi:

Supporter les cambistes des produits dérivés et les vendeurs Assurer une représentation adéquate des différentes transactions financières engagés par nos cambistes dans nos différents systèmes Contribuer à l'intégration optimal des nouveaux produits et autres requis règlementaire et/ou technologique dans nos activités Coordonner et valider la complétion des activités de règlement des transactions en collaboration avec nos partenaires Participer aux différentes phases d'analyses et de tests pour assurer une livraison efficiente des différents projets Développer et produire des états de positions de produits dérivés pour différents partenaires Mettre à jour et optimiser les processus et les procédures déjà en place

Ton équipe :

Au sein du secteur des Opérations Marchés Financiers, tu fais partie d'une équipe de 105 collègues et tu relèves de la Directrice Principale. Notre équipe se démarque par son expertise des produits OTC, par ses employés actifs et passionnés et par sa collaboration à la rentabilité des marchés financiers.

Tu seras en première ligne pour soutenir nos cambistes en leurs offrant un support de qualité, en apportant constamment des idées d'efficience, d'automatisation et de formations dans l'équipe. De plus, tu seras le gardien avec l'équipe, de nos processus et procédures qui sont en constante évolutions, par les nouvelles opportunités d'affaires et les initiatives majeurs.

Le programme d'intégration vise à identifier et recruter de façon permanente des personnes talentueuses et motivées qui souhaitent poursuivre une carrière dans les fonctions de soutien des Marchés financiers. Nous privilégions une variété de formes d'apprentissages en continu pour enrichir ton développement, notamment l'apprentissage dans l'action, des contenus de formation mis à ta disposition et le travail en collaboration avec des collègues d'expertises et profils diversifiés.

Au cours de ce programme, les candidats auront l'occasion d'être initiés aux différents secteurs et processus gérants le cycle de vie des produits transigés dans les marchés financiers. Durant le cycle de vie de ce programme, le candidat sera en mesure d'intégrer une équipe aux Opérations Marchés Financiers dans un poste évolutif. Ce poste évolutif s'inscrit dans un parcours de développement clair et déterminé qui peut te permettre d'évoluer dans ton rôle et, ainsi, d'accéder à différents niveaux de fonction et propulser ta carrière

Prérequis :

Baccalauréat complété, connexe au secteur d'activité, ou expérience pertinente Expérience dans les opérations marchés financières Connaissance des systèmes (Murex, Swift, ISM, Bloomberg ou Reuters) Bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite Microsoft et Excel (VBA, Macros, tableau pivot, tableau dynamique, etc.) Bonne connaissance sur les produits dérivés en général Expérience en résolution de problèmes sur des transactions financières irrégulières et complexes Doit avoir la capacité de travailler sous pression, polyvalence, débrouillardise, proactivité et curiosité d'apprendre
