In this role, you will take charge of managing logistics and traffic operations, handling customs documentation, and commercial invoicing for product shipments within Ansell facilities, external suppliers to North American warehouses, and coordinating internal warehouse transfers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day-to-day in-transits, manage delayed shipments, and prioritize tasks with warehouses throughout North America.
  • Track and report receiving discrepancies, calculate and transmit weekly in-transit reports with Customer Back Orders (CBO).
  • Identify critical shipments and liaise with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) to address delays.
  • Update systems and communicate revised ETA dates to Planning and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure adherence to current North American Logistics procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics and traffic management.
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems, preferably Dynamics 365 and/or Oracle.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English and French with excellent communication abilities.
  • Advanced PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented team player.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
