National Accounts Associate:

Mobility is the goal*:

  • Handling customer contract addendums, ensuring information provided is correct and file contract addendums once executed
  • Monitoring National accounts performance, running PM reports, and KPI reports.
  • Assisting with the preparation of RFP's & tenders
  • Attending National account meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables and general updates
  • Communicating with branches on accounts, working with Account Managers and Branch Managers across Canada regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in delivery service
  • National accounts platform management, checking work order status, technician check arrival and departure times
  • Run reports from Dashboard and SAP
  • Support National account customer adhoc requests
  • Collate data for internal meetings and customer meetings
  • Assist with presentations

Mobility needs you*:

  • Post Secondary preferably in Business Administration or Finance
  • Technical proficiency and/or construction experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities
  • Problem Solving: Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively
  • Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship
