*Full-time*As part of the Cornerstone Building Brands family, Mitten is the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America. We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our Team.
*Key responsibilities:
- Prospect building products and maintain customer accounts in the Calgary region and surrounding areas.
- Manage quoting and ordering process as well as all facets of after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and internal reporting/admin.
- Develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, a passion for sales, interpersonal and presentational skills are essential for this role.
- Experience in siding and vinyl residential/general construction industry a strong asset.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans an asset.
- Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Outgoing and personable personality.
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Strong relationship building and selling abilities.
- Reliable personal transportation, good driving record and valid provincial driver's license.
- Involvement with networking and associations involving industry partners and customers.
- Ability to travel to attend and conduct sales presentations.
