The Opportunity IMPACT Pump Solutions (IMPACT) has an opening for a full-time Technical Outside Sales Representative with expertise in the pressure pumping industry to join our dynamic team.

This role requires a deep understanding of frac, coil-tubing, cementing, and acidizing processes, as well as the ability to engage effectively with corporate decision-makers and maintenance and field professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales activity goals and travelling (50%) to nurture existing customers across Canada and the Northern / Mid-West USA.

This role requires strong technical expertise, a proven track record of successful sales, and the ability to communicate our products' value to customers effectively.

Set, track and achieve business development and sales goals that drive revenue.
~ Works primarily with existing accounts while identifying and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase the use of IMPACT products and provide solutions based on technical requirements.
~ Develops trusted technical partnerships and advisory relationships with customers, focusing on problem identification, exploration, and resolution.
~ Gather and analyze intelligence about industry trends, customers, and competitors to support strategic decisions, drive growth and uncover market potential.
~ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders via the CRM system.
~ Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers.
~ Works collaboratively with relevant internal and external teams throughout the business development and sales cycle to create a seamless customer experience.
~ Grow IMPACT brand visibility and reputation through industry events, professional associations, trade shows and technical training sessions.
~ Bachelor's degree or Technologist diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Minimum of 5 years of field experience in the pressure pumping industry, with a strong focus on Frac, Coil-tubing, Cementing, and Acidizing.
Proven track record of successful sales and business development within the pressure pumping sector.
Sales personality with profound technical understanding of pressure pumping operations and services. Field or operational experience is a must.
Validated presentation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
