Corrcoat Services is currently seeking a Field Equipment and Supplies Coordinator to join our field operations team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all BC field Sandblasting and Painting equipment and assigned material inventories. This position will also assist with tracking and maintenance initiatives of all Sandblasting and Painting equipment.

General tasks include assisting the field operations team in a variety of functions such as field housekeeping, annual inspections of equipment, and shipping and receiving of supplies and equipment that arrive at the shop.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • In collaboration with the General Superintendent & Equipment Supervisor
  • Coordinate and/or perform the routine maintenance of field equipment.
  • Repair/Maintain power tools.
  • Repair/Maintain field equipment within this person's capabilities.
  • Regular or Annual inspections
  • Sourcing & overseeing 3rdparties tasked with performing maintenance on field equipment.
  • Preparation of equipment and supplies required for the safe and efficient execution of field projects.
  • Coordination of the shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies to upcoming & active field projects.
  • Maintaining and ensuring company cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the field division area.
  • Manage, keep organized & track inventory for the shop, sea can & yard.
  • Equipment, small tools, consumables, etc.
  • Support the General Superintendent and Project Management team as required to successfully execute field projects.
  • Ordering and staging of supplies/consumables for upcoming and ongoing field projects.
  • Maintain daily communication and documentation with the operations team regarding equipment.

Qualifications, Skills, And Competencies

  • 13 years of equipment coordination experience or exposure to heavy equipment maintenance.
  • Completion of a secondary school diploma is required.
  • Experience in working with paints and coatings is an asset.
  • Can lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS office, with specific strengths in Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple, competing priorities at any one time.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Forklift experience would be an asset
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense to safety.

$28.32-$35.20 per hour
