We're seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team and implement our new SaaS solution for logistics businesses. As a Senior Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing sophisticated logistics software that will meet and exceed customer requirements. Success means that each customer becomes a glowing reference with the technology to crush their competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate existing relationships with customers
  • Work with our customers to understand their business processes, and translate them into functional requirements
  • Configure and implement our logistics solution per each client's requirements
  • Gather and document 3rd party integration requirements
  • Understand how our software works and keep up-to-date on product releases
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and design solutions tailored to their complex business needs
  • Provide training and onboarding instructions to our clients
  • Ensure adherence to a structured software development life-cycle
  • Follow-up on issues reported by our customers

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience implementing complex software solutions such as ERP or TMS
  • Experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain industries is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of how databases and web services work
  • Responsible, autonomous, organized, meticulous, quick and efficient
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • University degree in engineering is an asset
  • Perfect communication skills in English, both written and oral



Dispatch Science est à la recherche d'un Consultant Principal en Implantation désirant joindre son équipe afin d'implanter et de supporter sa nouvelle solution SaaS pour les entreprises de logistique. En tant que Consultant Principal en Implantation Logiciel, vous serez responsable de la configuration et de la mise en œuvre d'un logiciel de logistique qui répondra aux exigences de chaque client. La satisfaction et le succès que génère le logiciel pour le client constitue le cœur de la réussite de cette fonction.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer et gérer les relations avec les clients
  • Comprendre et documenter les besoins et les processus opérationnels des clients
  • Configurer et implanter le logiciel
  • Rassembler et documenter les besoins d'intégration aux systèmes des tiers
  • Comprendre le fonctionnement du logiciel et se tenir au courant des mises à jour du produit
  • Agir à titre de conseiller pour le client et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
  • Offrir une formation de démarrage à nos clients
  • Faire le suivi des problèmes signalés par les clients

Qualifications :

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Expérience en implantation de solution logicielle
  • Une expérience dans les industries du transport, de la logistique ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement est un atout majeur
  • Connaissance du fonctionnement des bases de données et des services Web
  • Responsable, autonome, organisé, méticuleux, rapide et efficace
  • Communication efficace et compétences organisationnelles
  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie est un atout
  • Excellentes capacités de communication en anglais, à la fois écrite et orale
