We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation Consultant to join our team in Montreal.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in technology implementation and consulting, with a strong background in HRIS/HCM or ATS systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving discovery and design sessions with the customer's Human Resources team to understand their needs
  • Acting as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects focused on Talent Modules
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Providing expert-level support and guidance to clients

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary, 4 weeks of vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Our office is located in Montreal, and we offer a hybrid remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from home 3 times a week.
