**What You Bring:**

* Experience working as a technology implementation consultant with +3 customers going live under your belt
* Couple of years of experience working daily with an HRIS or an ATS
* Understanding of HR Processes and HR Data Management in a large organization
* Agility to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged
* Courage to address difficult issues and say what needs to be said
