Provide expertise, consultative advice, guidance of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and framework
Lead, develop, implement and/or provide input in the development of stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management throughout the lifecycle of the project
Lead, develop, implement and/or provide input in the development of sponsor roadmaps and communication and training plans throughout the lifecycle of the project
Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers, smooth the adoption process and contribute to problem solving resulting in the successful implementation
Support senior leadership by developing strategies to foster consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders to adapt to changes to align with the Ministry's modernization strategy
Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns
Provide strategies methodologies and tools to measure outcomes and success of change implementation and adoption. Develop plans for continuous improvement based on assessment of change success throughout the project life cycle.

- Experience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies and tools
- Experience in development of communication plans, change management strategies, and training plans
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong conflict management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project
Desirable Skills - 35 points
- Experience identifying and assessing change impacts to business processes and technology solutions to drive adoption
- Experience leading medium to large transformational change projects
- Experience developing actionable and targeted change management plans that include communications, coaching, training and/or other resistance management activities
- Experience defining and measuring success metrics to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency related to changes
Soft Skills - 20 points
- Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively inform executive decisionmaking and to report status to corporate governance bodies including group facilitation skills, experience in preparing reports, proposals, briefing materials, presentations and other communications

OPS & Healthcare Experience - 10 points
- Demonstrated experience in a health or clinical context
- Demonstrated experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, particularly in a healthcare context
- Demonstrated experience with software development's privacy and security requirements in a healthcare or clinical context.
