The Atlantic Packaging Supply Chain Management Group is actively looking for a seasoned Business to Business (B2B) Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and growing organization.
Reporting into the Operations Manager this role will be the primary point of contact for post sales support for a diverse group of clients.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Answer customer product, pricing & availability inquiries
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written & verbal communication & organizational skills
- General administrative duties
- Support outside Sales Representatives
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College diploma in business
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Office
- 35 years of Customer Service Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work autonomously and with little direction in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to present themselves in a professional manner.
Competencies:
