Major Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment lifecycle and coordinate interviews
  • Create effective job descriptions and hiring strategies
  • Advise managers on hiring decisions and manage vendor relationships
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates
  • Provide engaging candidate experience and timely communication
  • Develop ongoing improvements to recruitment process based on data
  • Assist with compensation strategy and employer branding initiatives
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System and enhance onboarding process
  • Monitor legislative developments and update company policies
  • Contribute to HR projects and committees as needed
  • Other duties as required

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience
  • Continuous learning and commitment to HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of employment law and technology proficiency
  • Employee relations, cultural competency, and adaptability
  • Organizational, analytical skills, leadership, and team collaboration
  • Proactive approach in addressing HR challenges
