La fonction principale de ce poste est de soutenir l'orientation stratégique sur les initiatives d'approvisionnement et de qualité. Ce poste travaille à l'échelle mondiale avec toutes les unités commerciales, les responsables de l'externalisation, leurs équipes ainsi que les fournisseurs pour garantir la qualité, l'amélioration des méthodes de fabrication et les dates de livraison des produits aux clients internes/externes.

Nous avons besoin d'une personne qui a de l'expérience dans la fabrication, qui comprend les systèmes de qualité et qui peut renforcer l'équipe en tant que joueur d'équipe et obtenir des résultats. L'attitude pratique et l'orientation client sont la clé pour réussir à ce poste. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin de:
- Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique ; et/ou cinq ans d'expérience connexe dans la fabrication, l'ingénierie, l'approvisionnement et/ou la formation ; ou une combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience.
- Des connaissances en usinage et soudage/fabrication sont souhaitables.
- Aptitude à lire, analyser et interpréter des dessins techniques et des spécifications internationales.
- Capacité à examiner les données et la situation et à prendre une décision éclairée en utilisant le jugement des meilleures pratiques.
- Capacité à améliorer les relations avec les clients internes/externes.
- Connaissances en fabrication, ingénierie, approvisionnement et qualité
- Bonnes capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à travailler avec des individus ainsi qu'en équipe.
- Capacité à définir des problèmes, à collecter des données, à établir des faits et à tirer des conclusions valables.
- Il est souhaitable de maîtriser les logiciels informatiques en ce qui concerne le traitement de texte, les tableurs, le CADD, etc.
- Capacité de voyager à l'étranger et au pays, par voie aérienne ou terrestre, au moins 40 % du temps.
