About the Role

Reporting to the Controller, your role will encompass overseeing full-cycle accounting for 2-3 high-rise development projects from start to completion, including reviewing draw reports.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise development accounting, encompassing activities from land acquisition to project completion, with advanced proficiency in Excel, and proven experience reviewing draw reports; strong working knowledge of the NEWSTAR Construction ERP system is considered an asset.
