Bayswater Calgary is looking for an ambitious, energetic individual who understands how to build a fantastic environment for non-English speaking students in Canada and lead team in the our student services department.


As Student Services Manager you will report to the Center Director and draw from your experience in international education to provide care, guidance, and support for our existing international students and helping to build school enrollment.

Your success will be achieved by developing positive relationships, managing a student services team that supports Bayswater's values and objectives, building enrollment, and cultivating a fantastic and safe school experience for our students.

Your department is also responsible for our student welfare out side of the school in accommodations, transportation, when on activities, and for all general health and safety matters.

Bayswater is part of a large group of international language schools that's growing quickly. We have 10 campus around the world. Our core values are based on corporate social responsibility and giving back to less advantaged students.

  • Responsible for overall student services and managing the student services team at Bayswater Calgary
  • Maintaining accurate student records/files and communication in line with accreditation and the organizations procedures.
  • Arranging students' accommodation, transportation, insurance requirements.
  • Coordinating intake days with new students and graduation days
  • Building school enrollment by supporting all sales and admissions activities
  • Assisting students with their daytoday requests regarding their programs, accommodations, medical, health, safety, and adjusting to life in Canada.
  • Planning, managing, and promoting the schools' monthly activity calendar, tours and events
  • Promoting academic partnerships and pathway opportunities
  • Posting and managing our local social media accounts
  • Taking care of administrative duties (including but not limited to answering phones, ordering supplies, dealing with vendors and suppliers, greeting visitors. Preparing official forms, student enrolment contracts and certificates.
  • Assisting other administrative staff as required.
  • Helping to maintain the school facilities, and signage in the common area to promote activities, events, and health and safety.


Your experience should include at least 3 years working in an international education setting, and if you are bilingual or multilingual, it would be considered an asset.
