We're looking for a detail oriented self starter who can lead a team of exceptional territory account managers for our on-premise (bars and restaurants) sales portfolio.
Someone who has a strong work ethic with a big heart, and who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on building long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

The Licensee Sales Manager will plan and oversee the strategy and execution of all sales and distribution activities for On Premise / Licensee accounts (bars and restaurants) across Ontario.
They will lead and manage the licensee sales team and assist in the development and execution of strategic brand plans, bringing #FreshGLB to the province.
Managing and motivating a team of territory account manager to achieve individual and team goalsSet specific targets for sales team and individuals
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between GLB's key accounts
Develop a complete understanding of key account needs and territories to maintain the relationships
Anticipate key account changes and improvements
Manage communications between key accounts and our team
Plan strategically to improve results and grow GLB market share
Create strategies for gaining and maintaining corporate accounts
Work with managers, marketing, and team members to ensure that account needs are met
Keep current with marketing and industry news (North America) of trends in styles, sales and other industry issues
Regular ride-alongs to ensure reps are carrying the GLB brand in a manner that is in-keeping with GLB values
Collaborate with the Retail Channel Sales team to maximize sales
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to management
Five years or more of previous work experience in alcohol and/or beverage sales
Ability to multitask to manage multiple accounts
Proven results of delivering and meeting sales goals
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results to present solutions
Conveniently accessed via TTC from Royal York Station, or via the Gardiner Expressway by car. Health Spending Account
