Hourly Rate:
$21.16

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Answer all guest inquiries
  • Provide detailed information regarding the thermal baths and various massages
  • Take reservations for massages and ensure balance of massage therapists schedules
  • Process various types of transactions in Zenoti based on the guests' needs including thermal baths, massage gift certificates, packages
  • Process orders from: online boutique, wholesalers, etc.
  • Be aware of the various sales and marketing promotions in place as per the Sales and Marketing Team
  • To respond to the needs of groups in accordance with the directives of Sales and Marketing
  • All other tasks requested of you for the smooth and efficient function of the Scandinave Spa Whistler.

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in call center is a strong asset
  • Sales experience is a strong asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Energetic and positive team player
  • Must have great communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Superior English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, creative problemsolving skills
  • Clear criminal record check
