About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic
Digital Marketing Manager to cover for a 12-18 month maternity leave and spearhead our digital strategy and analytics initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving market lead generation and nurturing through innovative marketing strategies, campaign leadership, digital marketing execution, SEO/SEM optimization, and insightful analytics.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize lead conversion scores, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.


What's Involved

Market Lead generation and nurturing

  • Develop and optimize lead generation through effective marketing strategies.
  • Drive Lead nurturing and conversion marketing programs, working with crossfunctional teams (Sales, Technology, Marketing, and operations) to optimize lead conversation scores.
  • Be the lead within marketing to develop and optimize CRM automations and campaigns through extensive research and analysis, with goals of effective lead conversion. This includes Standard Operating Procedures for Lead Nurturing through agents and new opportunities based on persona mapping and client journeys
  • Working closely with Marketing, Tech and Sales to develop CRM support tools such as content, graphics and video.

Campaign Leadership

  • You will be responsible for multichannel marketing campaigns, utilizing insight and performance metrics to achieve omni presence and meet KPIs.
  • Set and meet conversion and/or clickthrough targets.
  • Develop and speak to campaign performance, develop presentations, and provide recommendations for future campaigns to share with Senior Leadership.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • You will maintain and identify partnerships with digital vendors.
  • Develop assets and campaigns to support mobile app growth including landing pages and digital assets.
  • Develop assets and campaigns to support the promotion of product features on the and websites.
  • Develop digital assets to support the brokerage as well as agents directly through our Agent Marketing Services

SEO/SEM

  • Identify growth opportunities for Organic Search and translate them into clear SEO marketing requirements and recommendations to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Grow traffic and conversions from search, with an eye toward continually increasing our domain authority, rankings and overall conversion rates.
  • Be the Marketing team's SEO consultant, working with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure all content is written with SEO in mind.
  • Develop effective paid search campaigns though Google Ads.
  • Leverage industryleading tools such as SEMRush to gather insights into SEO and SEM optimizations.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product, Design and Content teams to implement best practices.

Insights and Analytics

  • Gain market intelligence by being on the pulse of industry trends.
  • Be the expert on our audience, prospective buyers/sellers/investors, who they are, how they make decisions and their key decision criteria.
  • Contribute to conversations about Brand Personas, Marketing Funnels and Audiences
  • Provide analysis of data and develop dashboards and reporting to clearly communicate business performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Produce reports and analyze KPIs regarding the performance of landing pages using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
  • Use data analytics to track performance towards goals and benchmarks while also identifying opportunities for business development across segments of the company.

  • Provide general assistance to the Marketing department with daytoday needs during peak cycles, when requir
