Position Available:

  • Clinician (Full-Time)

Role Overview:

As a Clinician at Wood's Homes, you will be accountable for delivering top-notch clinical services to our clients and programs. You must ensure excellence in service delivery and compliance with Health and Safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer direct treatment services to children, youth, and families through individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Conduct client assessments as required and prepare detailed reports following case management standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical activities in alignment with professional guidelines.
  • Provide clinical guidance to Wood's Homes programs and contribute to enhancing clinical expertise.
  • Deliver training to staff, practicum students, and community professionals upon request.
  • Collaborate with external resources concerning Wood's Homes clients and programs.
  • Engage in research and specialized projects as delegated.
  • Immediately report workplace safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, Family Nursing, Art Therapy, or a related field.
  • Licensed as per the Health Professions Act and adheres to professional standards and ethics.
  • Documentation proficiency with adherence to timelines.
  • Access to personal transportation.
  • Exhibit personal suitability for the role.
